Lucinda Searle is well known in the New Zealand golf landscape, widely recognised for her enthusiasm, leadership and dedication to growing the game. As a NZPGA Associate Member she is on a mission to make golf more accessible, welcoming, and engaging—with a fierce passion for expanding opportunities in the women’s and girls’ space.

Her contribution to the sport earned her national and regional acclaim, including being named NZ Golf Administrator of the Year and receiving the IMPACT Award at the Taranaki Sports Awards.

Lucinda’s expertise as a coach is rooted in a rich playing background. She has represented Aorangi, Canterbury and Taranaki at an elite level and she is is currently ranked #3 Speedgolfer in NZ.

Lucinda brings energy and purpose to every session. She is inspiring a new generation of players to take up the sport with confidence.
